A word about mental health. . .

Thank you, Kristin Bell, and kudos to your wonderfully open family. I naturally produce only seven drops of serotonin a day (my estimation), particularly during certain times hormonally, and it sometimes makes me feel like I'm on a roller-coaster. But I manage to have a full life, sometimes overfull. 
I don't always go around sharing my personal stuff, but I promised myself a long time ago that I would come out about my issues with depression and anxiety in case it helps anybody.
