Anohni, here singing "Crisis," is a trans-singer and very political in her subject matter. Her voice is lovely, with tones of Jeff Buckley. And these words needed to be said.

This video, with her looking unflinchingly at the camera, tears running down her face—is a moving piece of performing art. The music is modern techno with touches of '70s and '80s alt-music ambience. Dang!
