"Sway" by the Kooks is a compelling and sexy slice of pop rock.
The band, I'm told, was formed in 2004 in Brighton. That would explain the accent, which I'm digging. It's like the Arctic Monkeys. Which came first, the cockney accent or the excellence? And does it even matter?
