This young singer/songwriter Billy Raffoul has the raspy, bluesy, pained voice of Bruce Springsteen. But instead of being a wrenching ballad of yearning and loss, his song "Forever" is a catchy and sweet love song that goes down like a package of pop rocks. I think this guy's going somewhere.
