"A little bit of this. A little bit of that. A pot, a pan, a broom, a hat. . ."—Anatevka, "Fiddler on the Roof." This is a blog about everything and nothing. A little parenting, a little humor, some poetry, news, essays, a lot of music. I don't want to waste your time, just send positive vibes into the blogosphere. Oh, yeah, my name is Sarah Torribio. Enough about me, how are you?

Song of the Day: "Water/Sand" by I Like Trains
There is a pleasant Joy Division, Interpol-like hollow despair to this baritone singer's vocals. It's great for introspection. My song of the day is "Water/Sand" by I Like Trains. The band has an amusing slogan, "Miserable since 2004." This song is from 2012.
Wikipedia, the college I currently attend, says I Like Trains is an alternative/post-punk rock band formed in Leeds, West Yorkshire, England.
